Chapter 12- "God Is Gracious"

Alexis had been really busy planning for the new baby, and Bella & Brando's upcoming birthday. She thought both of the bedrooms could use a makeover, so she put all of the toys from Bella's room into the nursery, and replaced them with a full length mirror. Bella loved zebra stripe patterns and pink, so Alexis got her a new comforter for her bed.



Bella was still a child though, and acted like such.



She walked into the office to work on her writing, when Alexis went into labor.



Tony was freaking out, like most dads do. He grabbed the car keys and rushed Alexis out the door. "We are going to the hospital!" Alexis sighed, having had 3 successful home births already. She agreed to go to the hospital for Tony.





Alexis called the babysitter on her way out the door.



Hours later, Alexis walked out of the hospital with little Giovanni. He was a Heavy sleeper and Brave. Giovanni means "God is Gracious"



When they got home, Alexis immediately wondered how the other babies were doing. She walked directly upstairs to dismiss the babysitter and see her precious angels.



Tony had to go work shortly after they returned home. Alexis spent the afternoon tending to the needs of the three youngest children. She had almost forgotten how hard it was to have three in diapers!



When Tony returned from work, he went straight to the nursery to relieve Alexis.



She went downstairs to work on a long time wish of watching the cooking channel when she remembered that the TV was broken. She decided to fix it in order to fulfill her wish when-

zap!





Thank goodness the fire alarm in the kitchen was working!



Alexis ran to the nursery to make sure the child were alright.



Then, Alexis had the mess to contend with. She cleaned up as well as she could, and replaced the old TV with a newer, more expensive TV that hopefully wouldn't break and cause this disaster again!




And Alexis was finally able to watch the cooking channel, before the babies woke up again.



Now, it was Brando's birthday.



He aged up well, and became Athletic like his father!



Bella's birthday shortly followed. Tony helped celebrate with a blow horn and a lot of clapping!



Alexis acquired the Bookworm trait because of her success in school.



Bella was thrilled to be able to hold Giovanni. She had wanted to hold him since he came home from the hospital. It was the first thing she did after becoming a teenager.



Brando practiced chess, and gained some logic skill.



That night, while checking Angelina and Giovanni before bed, Alexis felt... different. She knew that feeling all too well, and she knew it was just a matter of time...
