Chapter 2-

After a good nights rest, Alexis woke to a wonderful thought! "I am going to sell the furniture in the Master Bedroom, and buy a computer with the profit!"

After selling the bed and dresser (She threw the lamp in for free!) Alexis had $1100 to spend on a cheap computer desk and a bulky computer. She quickly began writing her first Fiction novel. Her mind was racing with ideas and characters, she couldn't type the novel fast enough! It was 3:45am when she had to force herself to get up and eat. Ice cream was her favorite late night snack!

She finally poured herself into bed around 5:30am and allowed herself to sleep well into the afternoon. She woke up smelling pretty rank, so she hopped into the bathtub. Her mind was still racing with ideas for her novel, so she quickly ate some cereal and went straight to her office to finish writing.

She finished within hours, and named the book "Blatant Lies". She published the novel, and was contracted to receive $40 every week for 6 weeks. It was a start, and Alexis was thankful. She immediately felt the urge to start a Sci-Fi novel, she sat back down at the computer and started writing again. Alexis worked on her next novel, titled "Time Lies", well into the night.

Around 2am she started to feel extremely lonely. She decided to try to chat with someone online. The only other person online this late was Buzz. They shared their likes and dislikes, family life, and personal traits.

Alexis realized that she would like to get to know Buzz a little better. He seemed like a nice old man. She didn't know anyone in Riverview, and it would be so wonderful to have a friend!

Alexis woke the next afternoon refreshed and ready to take on the day. She had her morning bowl of cereal, and continued to write her Sci-Fi novel.

After a couple hours, Alexis noticed how dirty her house was. Being a very neat Sim, she had an unstoppable urge to clean. She took out the trash and cleaned up 3 days worth of old newspapers. Afterward, she treated herself to a nice, warm, relaxing bath.

Buzz called later that night with a request. "Alexis, I hear you are becoming quite the writer! I am bored with the books that I have been reading, and I was hoping you would write a Sci-Fi novel for me? I'll be sure to pay you for your time, and our relationship would definitely improve!" Alexis, halfway through writing her first Sci-Fi novel, replied "Buzz! I have JUST the book for you!"
